New GAF Timberline UHDZ

G and Bros Roofing is a roofing contractor that services the Salisbury, MD surrounding area. Since the company was established in 2017, we have been a GAF-certified installer and have loved their Timberline HDZ shingles.

GAF has just re-engineered their Timberline shingles as their new premium laminate shingles: Timberline® UHDZ™ – also known as “Ultra HDZ”.

SunSet Shadows Forever

During sunset, the way the light hits your shingles creates a unique touch of shadow that adds definition and depth, making your home breathtaking. GAF’s new Timberline® UHDZ™ shingles have a new feature, called Dual Shadow Line, which mimics the shadow created during sunset and adds definition and depth. Now you can have that sunset shadow all day every day.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

GAF offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty with all their shingle installations (if installed by a

GAF Certified Installer). This warranty applies to shingles and accessories installed on a single-family detached residence and is active as long as the original owner is alive and still the owner of the property.

WindProven Limited Wind Warranty

With the installation of GAF Timberline® UHDZ™ and four qualifying GAF accessories, you are provided with a 15-year WindProven limited wind warranty. This warranty covers damage caused by winds with no maximum wind speed limitation.

StainGuard Plus Pro

If you live in an area where algae build up on the roof then StainGuard Plus PRO™ will benefit you. GAF time-Release Algae-Fighting Technology has been improved with the Timberline® UHDZ™ Shingles.

Specially engineered capsules are infused with thousands of copper microsites, which release copper slowly over time. This slow release of copper is what allows GAF shingles to have long-lasting algae-fighting power.

GAF’s new Timberline® UHDZ™ has 10% more copper microsites, which allows for a longer fight against algae. With this new change, GAF can now offer a 30-year StainGuard Plus PRO™ Algae Protection Limited Warranty against blue-green algae discoloration.
