Guillermo Molina Reyes grew up in a small town in Mexico with a passion for hard work, even as a small child. At 16, he left home for the United States and started at a roofing company, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become a foreman.
Today, G and Bros proudly serves homeowners and businesses across the Eastern Shore of Maryland and southern Delaware, including Wicomico, Worcester, Somerset, and Dorchester counties in Maryland plus Sussex County in Delaware. Our team specializes in shingle and metal roof replacements, roof repairs, gutter services, and commercial roofing. We also help property owners navigate insurance claims to ensure they get the coverage they deserve.

I started G and Bros in 2012 with my brothers because we wanted to do roofing the right way. The honest way. The way I would want my own family treated.
Every roof we install is the one I would put on my own house. We use GAF Certified Plus materials. Stainless steel ring-shank nails on coastal jobs. The same crew from the first inspection through the final walkthrough. No subcontractor handoffs. No surprise add-ons.
If something is not right, we make it right. That has been our way from day one, and it will stay our way for the next generation. My family lives here on the Eastern Shore. When we put a roof on your house, I drive past it for years. I want to be proud of what I see.

Bobby here, Chief Fetch Officer at G and Bros! If your Ruff has seen better days, give me a call and I will fetch the crew faster than my Chihuahua legs can carry me. I supervise every job from the truck window, bark at squirrels for free, and judge gutters with a critical eye.
P. S. I am based on the Molinas’ real dog. He is a very good boy.

Guillermo Molina-Reyes founded G and Bros in 2012 after building 25+ years of hands-on Maryland roofing experience in the field and running roofing businesses. Guillermo’s ability to set expectations high and execute quality services sets him apart from other owner-operators. He enjoys keeping his hands on the work, walking jobs personally, and making sure every roof we install is one he is proud to drive past for years.

Melissa Molina Matus is the Office Manager at G and Bros and the daughter of founder Guillermo Molina-Reyes. She joined the company in its early years as one of the first office hires, and she has been keeping the operation running smoothly ever since. From scheduling estimates and coordinating crews to handling invoicing and customer communication, Melissa is the person behind the scenes who makes sure every job runs on time and every homeowner gets a real answer when they call.
Melissa just graduated from Salisbury University this year. She brings the same patience, attention to detail, and family-first approach to the office that her dad brings to every roof we install.

I’m Yerik Molina Matus, a roofing apprentice-in-progress and proud graduate of James M. Bennett High School. I started learning the ropes (and shingles) at age 14 working for my dad’s company, mostly carrying stuff, holding ladders, and pretending I knew what flashing was. Fast forward a few years, and now I’m heading to Salisbury University while still trying to help out with the family business as much as possible (roofing by day, studying by… well, whenever I can).
When I’m not climbing roofs or getting roasted by my dad for “doing it the long way,” you can probably find me at the gym, hanging out with my friends, or trying to convince my mom that I did, in fact, eat breakfast. I may not have a 21-year-old dog or twins on the way like my brother, but I’ve got a solid playlist, a decent tan from roofing all summer, and a real appreciation for making homes leak-free and homeowners less stressed.
If your roof is curling, leaking, or looks like it’s held together with hope and duct tape, I’m your guy (or at least I’ll bring the guy, aka my dad). Roofing’s not just a job for us, it’s a family tradition, and one I’m proud to be a part of.

I was first introduced to roofing at age 12 while helping my father with side jobs. Ever since, I’ve stuck with the trade and continued to learn about other types of roofs. Currently, I have over a decade of commercial and residential roofing experience. I have done everything from hands-on roofing applications to on-site project management, roof estimates, and sales. While I’m not working, I am a father of a little girl, married to my high school sweetheart, and have a 20 year old dog.
