Can I combine multiple G and Bros offers on one job?
Most offers stack with each other. The First Responder Discount combines with the free gutter cleaning, the referral bonus, and either financing option. Insurance claim work also combines with the First Responder Discount and the gutter cleaning bonus. The exception is the GAF Roofs for Veterans Rebate, which is a manufacturer program with its own eligibility rules and does not stack with our first responder discount. How does the $250 referral bonus work?
When someone you refer books a roof job with a total contract price of $5,000 or more, we pay both of you $250 after the job is completed and invoiced. You get $250 as a thank-you for the referral, and they get $250 off their final invoice. The $5,000 minimum applies to the total contract value (most full roof replacements and significant repairs qualify; small patch jobs typically do not). There is no cap on how many people you can refer. Just have the referred customer mention your name when they schedule their estimate, or fill out our referral form. One bonus per referred customer.
How is GAF Roofs for Veterans different from a regular discount?
GAF Roofs for Veterans is a manufacturer-sponsored program where GAF donates roofing materials to qualifying U.S. veterans. As a GAF Certified Plus installer, G and Bros applies on behalf of veteran homeowners and handles the install. The rebate value depends on the donated material package GAF approves. This is not a discount we control — it is a partnership benefit. Call us to start the eligibility check, and we will walk you through the GAF application.

What roof replacement warranty do you offer?
Every G and Bros roof replacement comes with the GAF Lifetime Limited Warranty on the shingles (transferable once if you sell the home) plus our 5-year workmanship warranty on the install itself. As a GAF Certified Plus contractor we can also offer the enhanced GAF Silver Pledge warranty on qualifying installs, providing 10 years of coverage on both manufacturing defects and workmanship. Commercial roofs use Mule-Hide or Carlisle 20-year systems.
